Entrevista
I got hired more than 5 years ago so the process might have changed. A head hunting company found my CV, called me and asked if I wanted them to forward my CV to MS. I said yes. Then I got an invite for the Assessment Centre. The first day was for tests: grammar, time management, questions on Morgan Stanley, skill tests. The second day was for numerous 1:1 interviews and a team play.

The only part I was really struggling to answer as being a fresh grad was the question about ethics: what would you do if you found that someone acted unethical. I just blocked as I could not remember an unethical situation in my life so could not imagine what would happen.

All went smoothly with HR, not too many rounds, I think 2-3. There was no assessment center. There were all professional questions at the interview, all relevant to the job.

Entrevista
First round was all behavioral. Pitch me a stock, current event, Tell me about a time you did xyz... Make sure to bring enthusiasm and be human. Never made it to the second round
The OA was quite difficult involving aptitude, debugging and programming qns. The aptitude was most time consuming and where mostly pictorial and needed much time to solve. Debugging is better and included easier qns.
