Entrevista
Had to send in CV and cover letter followed by a numeracy and reasoning test. Following that I had two telephone interviews at different times. The first was basic competency questions and was fairly straightforward. The second interview was split in two and was much harder. The first half was a case study about a company and what advise I would give it. The second half was about financial awareness and current news
I had to input my cv there was no interview for this specific application process which was very easy to complete. I heard back from them a few months later.
One Assessnent Centre at the end of spring week (the morning of the last day). It includes one 3 or 4 people group discussion, two competency interviews, one technical interview.
