This feedback is more on the incompetency of the interview panel and lack of understanding and knowledge of the shared Job description and inspite of this being part of the Interview Panel.
Interview Title - Agile SCRUM Master - IT
Location applied for the Role - Malad, Mumbai
Round 1 - Interviewer was knowledgable and the questions were precise as per the Agile Scrum Master role description. Refer Questions below.
Round 2 - Interviewer "Chandni" (Mumbai office) - Seems completely off right from the start of the interview. Te voice of the interviewer was very faint and could barely hear the questions - had to request multiple times to repeat.
The questions were all around the IT process mix of waterfall and bit of agile. It seems the interviewer was not aware of had enough knowledge on the "Agile" framework and "Scrum" methodology. The lingo was completely off Agile. Though I gave answers related to Agile and Scrum, the interviewer questions were always off track.
Have shared feedback with the HR recruiter who of-course was initially reluctant to accept that the panel was incompetent. But was very professional to agree and take the feedback with the appropriate Hiring Manager.

It was good, planned in advance. The person who was interviewing me was nice and was explaining where I went wrong. And gave me feedback on the things I need to work on.

2 rounds Round 1 : Telephonic specific to scrum and kanban methodology Round2: is more on you current role and your day to day activities.
You will not know the actual criteria for rejection. Basically -it is bit personal than criteria based. If the interview likes you as an individual, you will be selected
