I first applied to this position via Monster and shortly after, received an email from HR that the team wanted to have a phone interview with me. This phone interview was an hour long and consisted of me talking with two separate MS employees for half an hour each. A lot of the questions were geared around the position I was applying for and what skill-sets I had to match this position. A week later, I was informed by HR via email that the team wanted to have an on-site interview with me. This was a 2.5 hour long discussion with five different people, one of which was the hiring manager. The interview varied pending on the person - one interviewer had me ask them questions, another interviewer talked more about their role, and the remaining interviewers asked me how my experiences would be a match for the position I was looking to fill. Since this interview (it's been a little over a week), I have not heard anything relative to if I received the offer or not.
