Two stage process. The first round was a zoom interview with HR that was mainly focused around motivational and competency questions. The second round was a telephone interview with a banker where you have to work through a short case study (no pre-interview prep). There was also a commercial awareness section afterwards.

I found it was a typical process that was realtively easy to navigate asking basic questions. It is all the expected interview questions about the company itself, the role and market awareness.
