It is a long hiring process. First I had a 30 minute phone interview then two in person interviews. Not very friendly and it was an administrator role. Talked to two people for each round. They sent me an automated email telling me that I was not chosen. Low salary

Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.

Entrevista
Very straightforward. Told me more about the role. Was looking for someone to start in January, but I don't graduate until June. Said she'd pass my resume along nonetheless (don't think anything will come of it considering they are looking for someone to start ASAP).

What are your greatest strengths? Why are you interested in this position?
Little to no situational questions asked. Very casual interview. Went over past experience and jobs listed on my resume. Phone screening, in-person with manager, and a second in-person with branch leader and manager.
