Took a rather lengthy online assessment, which I was told I did well on. IMO I thought it was too long a test. After that, I was called to come in for an initial interview. Thought the interview went fairly well. I am still waiting to hear back. It seemed from the interview that they have very high expectations. They wanted me to bring in twelve million in my first year with no prior FA experience.

Interview process was very straight forward. I interviewed with the branch manager and was offered the position that same week. I chose to accept another offer from a competing firm.
