The entire interview process took about three weeks to a month. I applied on the careers website. Then about two weeks later I received an email that I'd been invited to the super day for their data analyst and business analyst role I did my super day. The super day Was one interview, it was a virtual 2:1, 45-minute interview style. It was supposedly with a technologist and an interviewer. A couple of my complaints about this process is that when I got to the interview it was evident that the two interviewers did not read what role I applied for nor were they informed of the full interview process. One of the interviewers had a technical background in development and the other interviewer had a technical and behavioral background in product management. even after I told them what role I applied for they still asked me fairly unrelated questions about the role that I applied for. When I first joined the zoom meeting for the interview it was actually fairly unorganized. My interviewer showed up to my breakout room about 5 to 10 minutes late. Down below are some tips for the interview process.(Like I said I applied for the data analyst role and they asked me a couple of unrelated questions.): I would say definitely be aware of data structures and then be aware of conflict resolution. I don't think they asked me one star-like question. All of the questions I was asked were situational questions like "what would you do if your own XYZ situation?"

Participated in their one day event so got fast tracked to the final round. One 30 min interview with two interviewers. Easy leetcode questions, followed by a few behavioral questions
