I applied online and was contacted by e-mail and scheduled for an interview. The morning of the interview, I received an email stating that the interview would be postponed. I rescheduled for one week later. The interview was conducted by a knowledgeable HR person. The interviewer was straightforward and very professional. Like other MS interviews, I was asked math, finance, and brainteaser questions. There were no personality or fit questions. I missed two of eight questions and got a rejection letter several days later. So, know your business or you will likely get the rejection letter.

First round was phone interview of about 40min, with resume screening and tech questions distributed evenly. The tech part includes basic understanding for Greeks and exotic options. Overall it was not quite different but needs solid foundation for quant finance.
