The interview was just a simple phone call! I was asked about my experience with children and my experience with ABA. They also gave me a scenario involving a crying child, gave two outcomes/possible responses to the crying behavior, and asked which response what a healthier choice. Definitely was not expecting that, but I just answered with what sounded right! The phone call lasted maybe 15-20 minutes and was conversational.
