It was 3 parts: Internal Recruiter (Zoom), CEO/CFO (in-person), and then a Managing Partner (Zoom). Everything was okay until one of the interviewers asked how much I currently made. It made me uncomfortable but I answered honestly and the interviewer made snide comments that I wasn't making a lot. After sharing my experience with someone else, they told me it's actually illegal for interviewers to ask for current salaries in NY. I followed up with the recruiter on the status (twice). I got feedback after a month and they decided to pause hiring for the position.

Interview started 15 minutes late, didn't get the Zoom link in advance and had to ask for it. During the interview itself I could barely understand the questions due to the poor quality microphone. I ended it early.
