Entrevista
Applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview that same week. The phone interview was pretty easy, just background and experience type questions. Also a few questions on "Why Morningstar" and "What do I know about Morningstar."
After the phone interview I had two in-person interviews, where I was interviewed by 4 people the first day and three people (including the CFO) the second day. Most questions were again on background and experience, but the in-person interviews had a lot of fit type questions. The last interview was on a Friday, and I received a call first thing Monday morning with an offer.

pretty good, friendly and helpful during the process; second round not contain many of technical question, but do prepare for that, will ask about professional certification like CFA or FRM; Programming skill are add points.

What are your short-term and long-term career goals
The first round was aptitude and technical question about the topic you have applied for and it has two phases. English paragraph were given and mcq were asked from it. In technical questions more than one ans can be choosen out of 5 or 6 options that was little bit difficult
