The interview was a 3 step process , it was a bit complicated because in the second interview for the tech mdp he asked me a lot of coding questions which threw me off
Individual interview, then 4 interviews and group interview with case study. No knowledge or skill questions asked, all personality and intuition. Case study is with 3 other applicants about a problem morningstar faces
