Pretty straightforward interview process. I had one on-campus interview and a final round interview in their Chicago office. The sheer number of candidates interviewing in the final round (M* has 3 Final Round days) is pretty intimidating but the day is fairly relaxed with four interview with HR/Manager/C-level people. The offices are really cool and modern. People are extremely nice and the process was an organized, pleasant experience.
