Applied online. Did a video interview where I did 5 questions that I had to record from my phone or laptop. After I was called by a recruiter and did a short interview based on experience/resume. After had an interview with a director. Mostly questions based on experience/resume. Only question not was “why do you want to work at this account?”.

It was a group interview. Where they had questions on a document. They also read off script. I was comfortable the whole time. It was a positive experience. They also gave positive feed back.
