We didn’t have one! Which was great because morrisons judged people on their cover letter and not anything else. We were told to come straight for an induction. I’m really impressed with the training so far. Probably the only company I’ve worked for that takes anything seriously. I know if I have any problems I’ll have good managers to turn to

Had applied online easily, and then they asked me to come in for an interview. They had clearly already decided before I arrived that I had the job. The interview took 10 minutes overall.
