Entrevista
Online-Meet followed by an on-sight session of a few hours. Some classic cases, some more practical ones. On site experience is quite good with a seemingly fair process - challenging enough to not be boring and easy enough to not be overwhelming. Criteria after which they are after in the various cases is kind of unclear though and would certainly help in answering the cases better.
First interview came in relatively quick. The time to the second was already a few weeks, and finally the feedback after the final sessions was promised within a few days. I've asked about the current state a few time, never got a reply until finally about 2 or 3 weeks later a rejection. Might actually have been a cool job, but the interview experience overall was overshadowed by not holding up commitments and lacking decent communication practices.

Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, am Vorstellungsgesprächsprozess von Morrow Ventures teilzunehmen - das war insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Der gesamte Prozess war sehr direkt und gut strukturiert. - Erstes kurzen Kennenlernen (ca. 30 Minuten) - Zweites längeres Gespräch inklusive eines kurzen Cases (ca. 90 Minuten) - Kennenlernen vor Ort mit weiteren kleinen Aufgabe (ca. 2.5h) Das Team von Morrow ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation erfolgte stets auf Augenhöhe. Ich habe mich respektiert und wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Die gestellten Aufgaben waren interessant und die Schwierigkeit war angemessen. Sie boten eine gute Gelegenheit, meine Fähigkeiten unter Beweis zu stellen und gleichzeitig einen Einblick in den Arbeitsalltag von Morrow zu bekommen. Manchmal hat es etwas länger gedauert, Rückmeldung zu bekommen. Dies ist jedoch ein kleines Detail in einem ansonsten sehr positiven Prozess.

Entrevista
Two weeks after sending in my CV I got invited to a first short and general interview, which was nice. The interviewer was kind and I proceeded to the next round (four weeks later). The second interview lasted one hour and included a mini-case study. The "CEO" talked for 15 minutes (25% of the interview) about himself and only very little about Morrow. Overall, he had very little interest in my skills, experience and qualifications. All seemed spontaneous and unstructured, as if it was his first time. Within that interview, he sent me away for 20 minutes to prepare the case study. After that we had VERY LIMITED time for my questions because he had leave in order to do more important stuff. The following weeks I tried to follow up on the interview, sent additional documents to display my qualifications and motivation, only to receive a "please-be-patient-while-we-interview-other-candidates"-message. Then, finally, 3 weeks after the second interview I got rejected, because "other candidates were more suited for the role". Thus, they made me feel like their last choice, preferring to interview countless other candidates, while leaving me on hold. Overall, they had a very poor application process, which (from start to finish) took more than 9 weeks (without the last in-person interview). Thus, I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND applying there.
