I got a first round interview, 10 minutes with basic behavioral questions along with asking "how did you here about the company" and "what projects interest you most at our company"

I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a call to go over a few interested positions. Once I spoke with the recruiter, the interviewing process began to see if I was a good fit. About a month passed after my 1st interview without any update, until I reached out and asked for one. Which then turned into rejection.
