Initial phone screen with recruiter, then phone interview with hiring manager. The recruiter and manager were nice enough, but it became clear during the interview that they use very outdated technology. They use Microsoft Silverlight instead of JavaScript. Just a reminder that Silverlight is only supported by Internet Explorer, not any other browsers. This tells you that innovation is not a priority for them.
If you are an expert in Silverlight, you would be a great fit at MC. Otherwise, steer clear (it will be a career killer).
