Entrevista
After the initial written application, if you were successful you were invited to an online group interview. During which, you were asked why you wanted to work at MFMAC and a random question from a pack of cards, for example talk about a country you have visited or your favourite food. The final stage was the assessment centre, where you have an interview with 2 members of the panel. We were then given a role play scenario where we had to ‘interview a client’ (who was actually one of the assessors) based on information we were given.

These were random and different for each person. That was fairly easy. The written exercise was more difficult. Definitely ran out of time.
