Entrevista
A two-stage process. The first was the proper job interview treatment, with the second essentially being meeting other members of the department to confirm how well you get along and if you are the right fit. The first interview especially was very relaxed and felt more like talking with friends than anything super serious. Unfortunately, upon being rejected and asking for feedback, they revealed a clearly ableist excuse for not hiring me (I'm autistic). Stating that despite my interview going well and my skills being very good, they thought I simply wouldn't be able to work with others and other groups, contrary to my experience in exactly this. They then stated that if they had a single, fixed position, narrow in scope, only then would they consider hiring me for it. I found this response both shocking and highly insulting and their assertions based more on stereotype than my own experience.
