The hiring process was marked by significant disorganization, with the hiring manager struggling to clearly define the role(s) and expectations for the position. Interviews with team members were underprepared and lacked depth, making it challenging to gain a clear understanding of the department's needs and vision. The overall lack of structure within the department further complicated the process. This newly promoted manager exhibited signs of disorganization and lacked the experience and leadership qualities I seek in an organization. Based on my experience, it's clear why certain roles remain unfilled for extended periods. I cannot recommend applying to or working for this company.

There were no meaningful questions asked of me. Felt like I was a "check in the box" for them as they had another candidate in mind. Whether internal or external. Very poorly managed.

Entrevista
Pretty much like every other interview process, there's a phone call, a video or in person interview. The entire hiring process took about a month, depending I suppose on the urgency to fill the position.
