Very nice people. Seemed like great work culture, but the level of creativity was not up to par. Target was their biggest account, and not making the most ground breaking work. Other accounts didn't seem as exciting.

The interview was more of a casual conversation. Talk about yourself and the kind of work you do and would like to do. It's also a conversation to feel each other vibes and how you can possibly work together.
