It was a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Overall very friendly and more of a conversation rather than them grilling me. Three people were on the phone when I interviewed. I had applied online and submitted a cover letter and resume. They then just asked me about things they saw on my resume and asked for my qualifications.
