The 45 minute video interview went well with Stephanie Havstad. Questions were standard. We hit it off and was sent an application to move forward in the interview process. I filled out the application and sent it back to her immediately on 03/18/25. It is now 04/02/25 and I’ve emailed her every couple of days since submitting my application. I have still not heard back from her. Instead, I get a generated email received yesterday from the company saying I am no longer considered for the role. How does a company operate like this? Especially from a leader in Human Resources! You have real life people giving their time to interview. We are looking to provide for our families and you don’t have the decency to at least provide an update directly? This is not how you treat people and I’m glad that I dodged a bullet. Stephanie is not a good representative of your company.
