They contacted me about an opening for a front end developer role thru Linkedin. The recruiter must've left a bunch of voicemails within a day to wanting to talk to me. I finally called back and spent maybe 20 minutes answering pretty basic questions like my salary expectation, availability, etc.
They said I would be a great fit for a potential client and they asked for my updated resume to send to their client for further review but after a few weeks, seems like I've been ghosted. You would think for a consulting company, they would want to not ghost their potential clients and keep them in mind for future positions even if the current ones is not a fit. They seem to have no problem in the beginning leaving a bunch of voicemails in a day to talk and then when I finally called back and discussed the role, they ghosted me afterwards.
Not worth the time just to add another layer of steps to looking for a job. Would be better of looking for a position on your own.

Good and all the questions are nicely asked and always be positive and answered each and very greatly. Also make sure all the quests are answered. Great question and easy manners and lots of DS questions and more and more random things asked slightly
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Motion Recruitment (Irvine, CA).

I first spoke with an HR representative who was very polite. First round was primarily basic yes-or-no questions about my technical experience. The role was initially listed as a junior position, but the salary was significantly below market. After discussing this with the company, they adjusted the compensation to the lower 25% range for the role.
After passing the initial HR screening, I had a conversation with the recruiter’s manager. However, they immediately stated that they were only considering candidates with specific professional experience in React. Especially at the revised salary level. Despite my qualifications meeting all other requirements. Overall, the process was not amazing considering their technical expectations and compensation didn’t align well.
