Initial Interview via Phone, First Interview in Person. You speak to 3/4 different people in different roles. All asking various questions and checking culture fit. Last interview in Person. Speak to various other members of the company. Cold call roleplay, presentation on the company. Overall, good learning experience about the sector itself.

Entrevista
There were multiple parts to my interview beginning with a 30 minute phone session. The second interview was my opportunity to interview them. I would suggest doing some research on the company and the position as you will need to show them you can engage in a conversation and ask meaningful questions related to the company. You are sent a personality assessment of sorts which I felt was where I felt less confident about my opinion of the selection process and job. There were 2 questions, each with a list of words which you answer if they describe you or what do others expect of you. Coming from a background where I am accustomed to researching assessments, I question those which fail to ask the applicant follow up questions.
The third interview included speaking with more senior sales staff. One was friendly, the other mildly cold and unfriendly. There was also a mock situation where you are given an outline of the type of product you will have to sell via a phone call to someone in the office. It definitely puts you on the spot and this would have been the area I failed as the interview process ended there. I was disappointed in myself but not for lack of getting the job as it would not have been a good fit for either side.
