Right after HR call, they were to schedule an interview within a week after sending my availability. However, they only contacted me again after a month, again, asking for availability to schedule it within a week. Did not happen. After 2 or 3 weeks contacted me for availability again and finally proceeded with the next interview. However, got ghosted again right after. Never heard from them again. Not even a rejection mail or continuation. Don't even know if I failed or am I getting ghosted for another month again.

This company is not serious about hiring and the HR is either inefficient or not doing his job. Whole process took almost 3 months. Applied and got a HR call in 1-2 weeks time, where he asked basic questions about my resume, applied role, and informed me about the interview process. Was told there will be 2 more rounds, first is a whiteboarding round and the next is a "Puzzle Solving" round that does not involve code. They didn't get back to me until 1.5 whole months after, and I had to email them to enquire about my application and ask about the next steps. HR takes like 1 week to reply, but I eventually scheduled the whiteboarding round. It went decent, but then I had no follow-up for the next 2 weeks, upon which I emailed the HR again. Got a reply 1 week later that they have decided to proceed with another candidate. Quite a pity as it seems to be a good company, but HR is sabotaging the process. This is despite him being quite friendly and me clicking well in the first HR call.
