The interview process consisted of an HR screen followed by a technical live coding interview. I didn't pass this stage, as this was the hardest question I've received in my career by a good bit.

Had a positive HR screen where recruiter went over the role and responsibilities. We talked a bit about my background and my interest in Motional as a company. After the screen, the recruiter told me that he would check with the Hiring Manager if they were interested and that they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks.

Entrevista
I applied online. The recuiter reached out to ne via email for a time to chat about the process. First round was setup which was a coding interview on codepad. String related question. The interviewer was adamant of using his method and was continuously saying tell me ur approach even though, I was continuously telling him after each line of code I wrote what I am thinking. After interview I looked for the question online and he strictly wanted that solution. It felt like. I have conducted several interviews myself and If a company asks u to code infront of them, its just means the team is managed at micro level and nothing can be done, which can be seen in their progress of the product.
