I was contacted via phone by a super sweet recruiter named Katie. The interview process went well with her. She was super upbeat and we were really vibing. She made me really excited about the role. Then I had a second interview with the hiring manager and her energy was so low. Complete opposite of my first interview. I asked when I should expect a follow up and she said a couple of days. I heard nothing so I reached out kindly to follow up myself. Again, nothing... I would have appreciated a response to let me know that I wasn’t the right fit.

Internal recruiter is fantastic. Very responsive and reliable. I had 2 interviews via phone. First with the outside company recruiter , then the Workplace Manager. Both were very professional and informative. My last interview was onsite at their gorgeous facility. I met with 5 different people separately in 15-30 mins increments. I ended up not getting the position. The recruiter said they were looking for more “ techie world “ experience. Anyone would be lucky to land a role at this organization, but the fit and experience is important for start ups. They have been around for 5 years.. but they are experiencing hyper growth. If you area young, flexible techie this job is for you!
