HR called me for a phone interview, after clearing that they sent me an online personality test. Then they called me in for a panel interview. The panel interview was conducted by the Lead Generation team and not by the HR. They asked some really unethical questions and I found their behavior quite obnoxious. They also asked me to interview one of them during the process.
