The interview process was very lengthy, consisting of 4 technical rounds and 2 hiring manager rounds which spread across more than 6 weeks. Worst part is the position got filled a long time before my final round, so they rejected me even though I gave all the rounds perfectly. Waste of time and energy.

Complete waste of time. Had me go through 7 rounds of interviews under the pretense that it would be a fully remote role. Received a verbal offer and they mentioned their "policy had changed" and would now require me to work in-person. Then rescinded the offer for no given reason. Overall, very unprofessional in my opinion, seems like the company culture is probably similar.
My expereince was fine. The interviewer was looking out for me to see the quick solution instead of looking at the approach to the solution. They had their own solution in mind and they were more focused on that.
