We would love to learn more about your interview process as we believe we send updates to sample request candidates frequently. We have implemented a new applicant tracking system that unfortunately doesn’t always guarantee our emails through the system will get to your inbox, instead they may go to spam. We would love the opportunity to learn if this was the initial issue as we are actively working with the 3rd party system to correct this for future communications. We will also be bringing this feedback to our Motorbiscuit hiring team so they may work together to address this concern and make improvements for future candidates.
