Pretty straigthforward. A round of phone interview and then afterward if they decide to continue with the next stage, an interview with hiring manager. They ask about motivation to work in the company and some experiences in the past.

They ask about motivation to work in the company and some experiences in the past.
A call with the HR representative then later with the teamleads. Everyone was very friendly during the interviews but also professional. In the end we could not agree on the salary unfortunately, perhaps at the time it was too high of a salary I have asked for

Entrevista
The interview was a waste of time. The two guys didn’t have their cameras on. The recruiter sought me out for my experience. But bc of me recently working for myself and the suggestive name of my company ,.. they did not take my interview seriously. They already were biased and decided before even spkn with me.
