First round of interview, virtually online meeting with team manager and project director. It went well, they focused on past experience, a few technical questions, more time spent on the cultural adaptability of MM.

I applied online. I received a phone call two days later. The recruiter asked me a few questions about my resident status. There and then schedule an interview with the line manager. The manager and two juniors inteviewed me and the manager told me he would make an offer there an then. They did the week after that. I was working with them 1 month later.
