It was overall a very positive experience; contacted by an HR Manager for an initial phone screening. The final process was to present to the team lead, regarding renewable energy.

was called in after submitting resume at college career fair, phone call from HR and in-person interview with a few people from the team about why I'm interested in MM, what relevant experience I have from consulting, interest in the discipline.

Smooth interview, standard questions (strength, weakness, past project difficulty). Also asked some technical scenarios on how you deal to understand your thought process. Should not be an issue if you’re interested in the building industry. Overall a smooth sailing interview.
