After completing initial application and passing the situational judgement test, I was invited to a 90 minute online teams interview. Three members of staff joined the call and asked me a series of prescribed questions they weren’t able to deviate from. First part was asking about my motivations and some situational questions, and was followed up by a written exercise where I was given 20 minutes to write an email response to a client request, and finished with three simple verbal technical questions

I applied online and the process took about 6/7 weeks. I was interviewed by two people for about 1.5 to 2 hours in a very relaxed manner. I was then shown around the office and introduced to young engineer who showed me to the type of work and day to day activities.
