Face to face interview. Interview was on a Friday .... Dress Down Friday. I was in a suit and tie. Interviewers were in ripped jeans, t-shirts and trainers. Got the impression that it was not very professional. Found out a week after that I had been turned out and gave with a reason that I did not have any experience of X. There was not one question about X in the interview but it was mentioned in my CV and the covering letter and I actually have over 15 years experience of X. They did send an interview followup questionnaire about the process where the above concerns were raised.
