Video interview with 2 managers. The interview was very casual. Most questions were behavioural but they also asked a few technical questions. Overall the interview was very relaxed and straight to the point.

There were four sections in the interview. First, About myself, motivation and my interest in the role that I was applying for. Second, Technical questions including shear force and bending moment equations and diagrams for beams and a statically Indeterminate arch. Third, Strength based questions using examples of past experiences. Fourth, An opportunity to ask questions back to the interviewers.
