2 stages. one virtual assessment and one 1 hour interview with the team. people were very friendly and the interview was very well organised. they test you knowledge, your motivation and they enquire about your background.
Online assessment along with application questions followed by an in person assessment centre with an interview, presentation and case study. Interview asked several questions spanning motivation, fit, competencies and personal aspirations.

There is a long series of automated interviews before any human contact. You have to pass IQ like tests, behavioural tests, reasoning tests and the like. This is typical for consulting companies, but a drain on applicants and a huge time commiment given you recieve little feedback.
