I'm not sure this applies to all interviews with Motus due to the nature of it. I was being interviewed to potentially relocate from MO to MI for a promotion. The interview involved spending a week at the MI facility to get an idea of production since the Holland plant makes a different product than the Missouri plant. At the end of the week, I was invited out to breakfast with the hiring manager, the interview was casual and ended well. Note, this was just my experience, Other direct hires or temp-to-hire interviews could be different and more towards the easy to average level interview.
