Interview went on well, they promised for a work-life balance, but unfortunately, being a HR I get calls even late at night. I expected a lot more from the CEO and my fellow colleagues but at the end of the day, there is a lot of drawbacks w.r.t TEAM WORK that is happening in the organization.
