Pretty great interview process. I applied to various positions and was then contacted by HR to set a date for an interview with the nurse manager of the unit. The interview was great in the sense that I did not feel intimidated and the nurse manager asked questions in a way which made the interview more like a conversation.

It took 6 weeks from interview to getting job. I think they don’t have a lot of HR people. Overall, it was an okay experience and people were nice. They answered all my questions.

The interview process was easy over zoom . I had two interviews with the nurse manger then hiring manger . Questions were easy and also they were very professional . The questions were about patients and time management .
