The interview process for the HR department is fairly typical with a series of interviews from virtual, to in-person. There is also a team interview for some positions. The overall process is quick and efficient.

3 interviews: 1 phone call with the recruiter, 1 in-person with the COO , 1 virtual with the department leader. They got to know me, but asked situational questions that put me on the spot. I thought the questions were relatable to the position, clear, and meaningful.
