I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter after a few days. A phone interview with the recruiter was followed by an onsite interview with a senior personnel at the company. The following week, I was invited to another on-site interview with a panel that lasted 2+ hours. This interview was more technical, and required good knowledge of the skills mentioned in the job description.
