The first round was a GD in which they called 5 applicants, there they mainly check the communication skills. Actually the entire process is to only check if you have fluent English or not. The next round was the technical, but they didn't asked me for the technical things, he asked me to talk on any current topic for 5 minutes.
this job is more of a like call center job.

The first round was a gd, second was the personal interview with basic network concepts. They were basically looking for good communication skills and not the technical skills. This job is basically about resolving customer issues and solutions, so one should be fluent in English.
