I hired Movement to conduct a GM search. They scheduled an interview with a candidate that would have to fly in. Then due to business changes we had to cancel the position. Movement never informed the candidate! A few days before the interview the candidate contacts me and asks me to send him his travel itinerary. I had to explain to him the position had been canceled weeks ago and the Recruiter was supposed to inform him. Another Movement Recruiter called me about a job. I asked him some very basic questions about the position which he didn’t have answers to and said he would get back to me. Then he kept asking for my current salary and even demanded that I tell him or else he wouldn’t continue the process. I had to say YOU CALLED ME and I’d like to see if I’m interested in the position first before I disclose my salary, I don’t even know you. Very unprofessional experiences on both sides with Movement. I don’t use their services anymore.
