The recruitment process at Moveo begins with an in-depth HR interview that focuses on your personal life story and background from a young age to assess your character and cultural fit, followed by a professional home assignment designed to test your practical skills and technical abilities, and finally concludes with a deep-dive session where you answer questions about your task and attend an interview with the CEO to discuss your ambitions and professional approach.

Non technical interview which the HR asks about your life in school, military service and bachelor struggles. After that if you are compatible they give you a home assignment that you need to complete and then you will review this with a manager.
