Unprofessional to be honest. They are kids who have no idea how to interview. First I was contacted by the recruiter for general screening. Next, I was interviewed in a panel interview by a developer, a PM, and a designer. They bombarded me with questions for one hour and didn't give me time to ask them back anything about their company culture. Needless to say, their company culture was displayed during that interview. I'm glad I was not offered to join them because have I joined them, that would have been a big mistake on my part. There are much better options than this mess of a startup.
