IJP call they do not see who is hard working and who is actually eligible. Only few of their favorites will be grown and taken for any IJP or promotions, IJP roll outs are just for formalities but a person is fixed already for the same post or promotion). Lot of discrimination, disorder. The hard working tenured staff still kept on same for ages while it eats the harden money of tenured lot saying cross cutting, employee perks from Clients directly, bonuses and money from various other benefits. takes employee hard work and sweat money and showcase as its profit and get awards after awards every month and year as a company.

I had 4 rounds in total - 1 with HR, 2 technical with different people from the team , 1 technical assignment. The process took long, with no timeline updates. The salary offered and negotiated wasn't close to stated expectations.
